Dunkin is seeking an overnight Baker to produce donuts and baked goods, manage prep items, and maintain clean, organized production areas. You will operate ovens and bakery equipment while following food safety standards.

The baker is responsible for production for the restaurant (including donuts, munchkins, muffins, croissants, bagels and any other prep product needed). This is an overnight position that requires someone who can work independently and meet the needs of the position. The baker is also responsible for maintaining all areas of productions including ovens, production equipment, freezers, floors, walls and set up of the bakery cases. All food safety standards including following date standards and marking all product, must be maintained.
Hours: Generally overnight 8pm - 5am. May vary by location.
