Job summary

Dunkin' franchisee of Dunkin Donuts in New Hampshire seeks a Crew Member to support morning opening, bake items, and provide friendly customer service. You will help ready the store for opening, handle display setup, brew coffee, and assist customers as part of a positive team.

This role offers full-time hours with benefits for eligible staff. Ideal candidates are punctual, reliable, and comfortable with early start times, eager to grow within the company, and capable of working in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Punctual and dependable for early shifts (often around 3:00am).
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to bake and prep standard Dunkin items (bagels, muffins, croissants).
• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, efficient service.
• Assist in opening procedures and day-start readiness.

Responsibilities

• Bake and prep bakery items for morning service.
• Prepare store for opening: donut display setup, coffee/tea preparation.
• Readying equipment and ensuring the storefront is presentable.
• Serve customers and support team during busy opening hours.

• Consistently show up on time (Typically 3:00am)
