Job summary

Dunkin' Franchisee in New Hampshire is seeking Crew Members to join a fast-paced team focused on exceptional customer service.

Kick off the day with baking, opening duties, and building a welcoming store environment. This role rewards reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic in a coffee/bakery setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or strong communication is preferred.
• Reliable and on-time attendance is essential.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Experience with bakery prep or fast-service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Assist in baking and opening prep (early hours).
• Set up Donut Display and brew coffee/tea for opening.
• Operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist in serving customers and keeping stock stocked.

The general requirements of this role are to...

• Consistently show up on time (Typically 3:00am)
• Reliability
• Bake bagels, muffins, croissants
• Prepare store for opening. This includes readying the Donut Display, brewing coffees, teas, etc.
• Readying equipment for day
• Participating in serving customers
