Job summary

Menards in Wisconsin is hiring for a Production Team Member on the Bagging Line (Aggregates). The role includes operating bagging machines, setting up equipment for accurate bag weights, and ensuring smooth material flow from conveyors to packaging lines.

Forklift operation and general machine duties are part of daily tasks. Full-time position with a 2nd shift from 6PM to 6AM, offering a $21.05/hour base with an additional $3/hour weekend premium.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older
• Work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bagging machines to package aggregate materials (sand, gravel, concrete mix)
• Set up and adjust equipment for proper bag weight & sealing
• Ensure consistent product flow from conveyors, hoppers, and feeders
• Inspect filled bags for accuracy, quality, and defects
• Clear jams and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime
• Keep work area clean and organized to support safe operations
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Operate forklifts or other equipment
