Job summary

Menard, Inc Career Center in Wisconsin is hiring a Production Team Member – Bagging Line – Aggregates. You will operate and monitor bagging machines for aggregate materials, set up and adjust equipment, ensure product flow, inspect bags, clear jams, keep area safe and organized, and work with team to meet daily production goals.

Position is full-time on the second shift (6PM–6AM) with shift premium of $2/hr and $3/hr extra on weekends.

Qualifications

• No experience required. Paid Training provided.
• Full-time position on 2nd shift (6PM–6AM) with weekend premiums.
• Operate and monitor bagging machines to package aggregates (sand, gravel, concrete mix).
• Set up and adjust equipment for proper bag weight & sealing.

• Set up and adjust equipment for proper bag weight & sealing.
• Ensure consistent product flow from conveyors, hoppers, and feeders.
• Inspect filled bags for accuracy, quality, and defects.
• Clear jams and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Keep work area clean and organized to support safe operations.
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Operate forklifts or other equipment.

Production Team Members work efficiently, in a safe manner, maintain high quality standards, and help to ensure that guest expectations are met. Positions include forklift operation, machine operation, and product assembly. There are many advancement opportunities to move into leadership positions and grow with the company.

Schedule: 6AM-6PM, 2-week rotating schedule with every other full weekend off.
