Job summary

Lignetics in Hayward, Wisconsin is seeking a Production Worker / Packaging Operator for the 2nd shift (2pm–10pm) on a full-time basis. The role involves operating bagging and baler machinery, wrapping pallets, and ensuring quality and safety in daily production.

Salary is $17-$18.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential. Candidates should lift up to 50 lbs, stand about 7 hours per day, and have a high school diploma or GED; forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Will require good eye, hand, and foot coordination.
• Requires the ability to read scales and perform simple math.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery in a productive manner following safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean workstation and assist other production areas as needed.
• Move and wrap completed products; stack bags on pallets and prepare pallets for warehouse placement.
• Assist Shift Leads with starting/stopping pellet mills and communicating moisture or material issues.
