Job summary

Lignetics Inc. in Hayward, WI, is seeking a Production/Packaging Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM). Base pay is $17–$18 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential.

A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required. You will manage bagging and baler operations, operate machinery safely, assist other production areas, and ensure clean, well-documented processes. The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, standing most of the day, and maintaining accurate production

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Read and interpret scales.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to perform simple math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging and baler machines and related equipment safely.
• Move, wrap and pallet finished products; maintain clean workstation.
• Assist Shift Leads with pellet mill start/stop and quality reporting.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long durations.
• Complete production reports with accuracy.
