Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking team members for baggage claim duties in a dynamic airport environment. The role requires handling baggage claims, assisting customers in arrival areas, and preparing routine reports.

No prior experience is required as paid training is provided, with benefits and growth opportunities available. Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to obtain necessary airport/state credentials.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Proficient in English (Knowledge of another language is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Accept baggage claims from customers and process baggage claims in the system.
• Prepare baggage delivery orders for pickup and delivery of bags.
• Conduct inventory of left-over bags.
• Review forward and on-hand messages to identify potential bag matches.
• Assist customers in the arrival halls.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and annual reports as necessary.
• Review Station's baggage performance goals and take actions to meet goals.
• Work safely following company standards.
• Report safety and security incidents and hazards per policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
