Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is hiring for baggage handling roles in Hawaii. No prior experience required; paid training provided. You will manage incoming and outgoing baggage, assist passengers, and ensure security procedures are followed.

The role supports flight operations with a focus on safety and customer service, offering full‑time hours and eligibility for benefits. Weekly pay for hourly staff, PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401k, and exclusive employee discounts are provided after onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to obtain credentials as required by airport/state/customs.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs+, push, pull, stand, walk.

Responsibilities

• Lifts, loads/unloads/sorts passengers’ baggage.
• Receives, loads, unloads baggage and forwards to TSA.
• Operate safety scanner and related equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Report safety incidents and hazards promptly.
• Complete work safely and securely per standards.
• Performs related duties as needed.

Job Summary:

Responsible for handling incoming outgoing passengers’ baggage and promptly addressing any related concerns.

Job Duties:

• Lifts, loads/unloads/sorts passengers’ baggage
• Responsible for receiving, loading, unloading baggage
• Forward bags to TSA.
• Take care of the safety scanner and other equipment.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and capabilities expected for this position.

• Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
