Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to read and interpret information on devices and screens.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• FAA/RAIC/TSA credentials may be required.
• Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with delayed, lost, or damaged baggage.
• File baggage claims and initiate tracking for lost luggage.
• Provide timely updates to passengers on baggage status.
• Coordinate with airline staff to resolve baggage issues.
• Enter baggage data into the tracking system.
• Maintain records of baggage service interactions and resolutions.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
