PopUp Bagels Times Square is seeking team members to learn in our scratch‑based kitchens. You will gain exposure to multiple stations, speak with guests about menu offerings, and support the team during busy times while maintaining high food safety standards.

No prior experience is required, and we welcome candidates with a strong desire to provide exceptional guest experiences. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• A desire to create exceptional employee & guest experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and pitch in wherever necessary.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position (frequently lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to different stations within the Bagel shop(s).
• Speak to guests about menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients to create a special experience.
• Support the team during peak and off‑peak service by pitching in wherever necessary.
• Multi‑task and move in the kitchen for extended periods of time; physical requirements apply.
• Maintain a minimum standard “A” letter grade by following health and safety standards.
• Uphold anti‑discrimination & harassment policies within PopUp Bagels.
