Job summary

Linde plc in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an experienced cryogenic plant operator. You will safely run a cryogenic air separation plant, manage maintenance and troubleshooting, and adjust process parameters to uphold reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production processes in an industrial environment with strong safety focus.
• Proficiency with mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and instrumentation.
• Familiarity with controls and HMI platforms such as Wonderware, Rockwell, and Siemens.
• Ability to read and revise P&IDs and schematic wiring diagrams.
• Clear communication of technical information to support safe teamwork.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and aerial work platforms safely per procedures.
• Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook for documentation.

• You are expected to adhere to company, customer, and regulatory safety workpolicies while reporting all incidents promptly
• In addition you should collect and interpret trends in equipment andprocess condition data to strengthen proactive maintenance decisions
• Additionally oversee contractors performing routine and non‑routine work toensure safety compliance and quality execution
• Furthermore execute lock‑out tag‑out procedures and recommend improvementsthat enhance process availability and overall reliability
