Stanley Engineered Fastening is seeking a Bag Operator for 2nd shift (M-F, 3pm-11pm) in Decorah, IA. Pay rate starts at $19.58 per hour plus a $2.25 shift premium and a sign-on bonus.

The role focuses on operating bagging equipment, labeling to customer specs, and ensuring timely shipments within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, basic math, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills are essential.
• Self-motivated with strong human relations skills.
• Knowledge of IATF16949 and ISO14001 requirements.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging equipment and ensure labels meet customer requirements.
• Create bag labels that meet customer specifications.
• Set up and run machines to full capability.
• Assist maintenance with minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accuracy of customer requirement data on labels and bags.
• Overtime availability as needed.
