Stanley Engineered Fastening LLC, located in Decorah, IA, is seeking a Machine Operator for 2nd shift (3:00pm – 11:00pm). The role involves setting up and operating machines to manufacture fasteners, reading blueprints, and ensuring quality with SPC-like practices.

You will work with a team to meet production prints, document data, and participate in shift handoffs. A high school diploma or GED and basic math/mechanical skills are required; overtime may be available.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate machines to meet print requirements
• Read manufacturing blueprints and select tooling with supervision
• Inspect first piece and maintain quality; document data
• Perform minor repairs and assist maintenance as needed
• Communicate shift information and maintain cleanliness and organization
