Job summary

Balderston Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Biller to join our centralized accounting team in Lee’s Summit, MO. This role supports multiple dealership locations and ensures vehicle deals are completed and funded in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate has automotive dealership billing experience and strong knowledge of automotive accounting and deal processing, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership billing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive accounting and vehicle deal processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and post new and used vehicle deals.
• Review deal jackets for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify taxes, fees, trade information, funding, and required documentation.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding funding and paperwork.
• Maintain accurate accounting schedules.
• Research and resolve billing and accounting discrepancies.
• Work closely with Finance, Sales, Title, and other accounting team members.
• Assist with month-end close and reconciliation.
• Provide backup support and cross-train with other members of the centralized accounting team.
