Qualifications

• Minimum high school education; GED accepted.
• Able to work independently and with diverse public.
• Excellent attendance record and clean disciplinary history.
• Demonstrates sound judgment and autonomy.
• Strong leadership and teamwork in a security setting.
• Familiar with card access, security and safety systems in office buildings.
• Comfort with PC use and Microsoft programs.
• Willingness to learn AI tools and adapt.
• Prior administrative experience preferred.
• Strong planning, organizing and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time-management and task prioritization.
• Analytical, proactive problem-solver able to suggest improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee badge office operations.
• Answer phone calls and emails professionally.
• Update employee, contractor and vendor badge access per policy.
• Ensure badge supplies in stock and equipment is functional.
• Maintain and update cardholder profiles; manage access levels and groups.
• Troubleshoot issues with access control equipment and databases.
• Input accurate data into databases as required by stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards of appearance and professional conduct for staff.
