Growing law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience handling Insurance Coverage / Bad Faith matters, as well as assisting in the defense of miscellaneous Liability matters.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Proficient in handling cases from inception to resolution, including preparation of pleadings, motion practice, depositions, trial work, and mediations.
• Experience in reviewing claims files, and communicating with claims professionals and clients.
• Ability to work well independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent research, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated, ambitious, and career-oriented.
