SCOPE: We are seeking an experienced Bodily Injury Defense Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, particularly related to automobile accidents. Responsibilities include representing the company in legal matters, managing claims, providing legal advice for compliance, and working with the claims department to mitigate risks and negotiate settlements. The role involves staying current on Texas insurance laws, advising internal teams, and participating in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement discussions.
