Remote Insurance Defense Attorney (3-10 Years)

Mid-size national civil litigation and insurance defense firm is seeking to add an associate and partner level attorney with 3-10+ years' of experience to our team in Scottsdale. You must work well individually and as part of a legal team, and be willing to go above and beyond to successfully meet the unique needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Focus on bodily injury and first party/bad faith insurance defense cases.
2. Associates must have motion and law experience.
3. Partners must be highly proficient in handling civil cases through trial, including taking depositions, oral argument and hearing attendance, and negotiating settlements.
4. Report to clients as necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Prior insurance defense experience is preferred.
2. Must be currently licensed to practice law in AZ; additional licensure in other States is a plus.
3. Motivated, self-starters need only apply.
