P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring a Backwaiter to support dining room operations by delivering food, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping service stations stocked. You will provide courteous guest service and assist with overall guest experiences.

This role emphasizes teamwork, efficient service, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced Pan-Asian dining environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess or obtain a Food Handler’s Card, where applicable.
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Excellent communication and composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests promptly and courteously.
• Monitor expo line, run trays for dine-in, assist guests with questions.
• Clear and sanitize tables, seating, and floors per restaurant standards.
• Transport dirty dishes to dishwashing station.
• Restock and clean service stations as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment and POS systems.
• Notify managers of quality or service concerns.
