Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring Backwaiters to support restaurant operations by delivering meals promptly and courteously, helping maintain dining room cleanliness, and keeping service stations well stocked. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced Pan-Asian dining setting.

The role emphasizes excellent guest service, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures while supporting greeting, seating, phones, and beverag e service as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training is provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handler’s Card required where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Deliver food to guests promptly and courteously.
• Monitor expo line and assist with dine-in service.
• Clear and sanitize tables; maintain service stations.
• Transport dirty dishes to dishwashing area and restock stations.
• Operate basic kitchen equipment and POS systems.
• Greet and assist guests; support with takeout orders as needed.
• Assist with beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service when required.
