P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring a Backwaiter to support restaurant operations by delivering food promptly and maintaining service areas. You will ensure guest satisfaction with courteous service and assist with dining room cleanliness.

Role requires no prior experience; training is provided, and positions are available for full-time and part-time hours. The team offers competitive pay with tips and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handler’s Card required where applicable.
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs. repeatedly.
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests promptly and courteously.
• Monitor expo line; run trays for dine-in; assist guests with questions.
• Clear and sanitize tables, seating, and floors.
• Retrieve and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing station.
• Restock and clean service stations.
• Operate kitchen equipment and POS systems.
• Greet, seat guests, answer phones, and assist with takeout when needed.
• Support beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service when required.
