Job summary

PF Chang’s China Bistro in Las Vegas is seeking a Backwaiter to support restaurant operations by delivering food to guests promptly and courteously, assisting with dining room cleanliness, and maintaining service stations. All team members must provide excellent customer service to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

No prior experience required—training is provided; must be at least 18 years old; possess or obtain a Food Handler’s Card where applicable; ability to stand, reach, bend, balance,

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess or obtain a Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong multitasking and team-oriented work approach.
• Excellent communication and composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests efficiently and meet all requests.
• Monitor expo line, run trays for dine-in, assist guests with questions.
• Clear and sanitize tables, seating, and floors per standards.
• Retrieve and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing area.
• Restock and clean service stations as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment and POS systems when required.
• Greet, seat guests, answer phones, and help with takeout orders as needed.
