P.F. Changs China Bistro in Knoxville, TN is hiring Backwaiters. No experience required; training provided. Must be 18+, able to stand and lift up to 30 lbs, and work in a fast-paced team environment. Part-time and full-time hourly shifts available with flexible scheduling.

Role focuses on delivering food, maintaining clean dining areas, supporting beverage prep, and ensuring guest satisfaction with courteous service.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, reach, bend, balance and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong multitasking and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests promptly and courteously.
• Monitor expo line, run trays for dine-in, assist guests.
• Clear and sanitize tables, restock service stations.
• Operate coffee/tea machines and POS systems.
• Greet, seat guests, answer phones, and assist with takeout orders.
