PF Changs China Bistro in Dublin, OH is hiring Backwaiters to support restaurant operations by delivering food to guests promptly and courteously, assisting with dining room cleanliness, and maintaining service stations. No prior experience required; training is provided.

Qualifications include being at least 18, having or obtaining a Food Handler’s Card, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement, among other benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess or obtain a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• No prior experience required; training is provided.

Responsabilités

• Deliver food to guests efficiently and meet all requests.
• Monitor expo line, run trays of food for dine-in, and assist guests with questions.
• Clear and sanitize tables, seating, and floors to restaurant standards.
• Retrieve and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing station.
• Restock and clean service stations as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as coffee machines, iced tea machines, and POS systems.
• Interact courteously with guests and notify managers of quality or service concerns.
• Follow company policies, dress code, and safety procedures.
• Assist with greeting, seating guests, answering phones, and packaging takeout orders when necessary.
• Support with beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service when required.
