Sprouts Farmers Market in California seeks a Backup Administrative Coordinator to support in-store accounting, cash handling, and reporting under the supervision of the Administrative Coordinator. You will ensure accuracy of figures and postings, maintain confidentiality, and cover absences on weekends as needed.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with strong Excel/Outlook/Word skills, a HS diploma with an associate degree preferred, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail office

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Detail-oriented with cash handling and reporting duties.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word; able to operate office equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling cash reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store accounting procedures to meet financial reporting requirements.
• Oversee cash and funds control in the absence of the Administrative Coordinator.
• Verify accuracy of figures, calculations and postings of transactions.
