Job summary

Spotlight Events, Inc. in Eagle, Idaho seeks an experienced Event Manager to oversee the execution of Spotlight and LEAP events, ensuring seamless logistics and outstanding client service.

You will lead event staff, resolve real-time challenges, and work with production teams to uphold our high service standards. The role requires strong organizational, people management, and communication skills, with frequent travel during peak season and the ability to operate under pressure in live

Qualifications

Experience in event management or live productions.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to lead staff and manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Oversee execution of Spotlight and LEAP events, ensuring smooth logistics.
Lead event staff and ensure adequate breaks and support.
Provide guidance and discipline to maintain professionalism and standards.
Deliver exceptional client relations and resolve issues with empathy.
Present awards on stage and support the Show Director role when needed.
Collaborate with Technical Assistants and venue staff to ensure smooth operations.
