Qualifications

  • 2-4 years in Artist Services, Producing, Company Management, or Stage Management.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects.
  • Leadership and team coordination skills are valued.
  • Bilingual capability is highly favored.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication with artists for performances, rehearsals, and events.
  • Serve as artist liaison for off-stage support.
  • Arrange hospitality according to Lincoln Center standards and artists’ needs.
  • Book travel and local transportation as required.
  • Organize meals, welcome packets, backstage passes, and on-site resources.
  • Track expenses and assist with credit card reconciliation.
  • Support day-of needs and supervise assistants and interns on calls.
  • Maintain supplies inventory and guest lists for VIP tickets.
