Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store team member to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring efficient processing and a strong customer experience. You will interact with customers, train Associates, and maintain clean, organized store areas including backstock and signage.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards; ensures Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Delivers excellent customer experience through engagement and service.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Keeps merchandise properly tagged, hung, and coded; maintains backroom organization.
• Communicates with management to ensure priorities and progress updates.
