Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing merch processing
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Communicates with management to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and signage standards
• Promotes safety awareness and adheres to labor laws and policies
• Other duties as assigned
