Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superb communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment.

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, and secure merchandise; ensure proper coding.
• Coordinate with management to ensure flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Support safety, labor compliance, and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Assist in backroom organization and replenishment.
