Job summary

Sierra Store at 6139 S. Virginia St., Reno, NV, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks a team member to execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering excellent customer service.

You will organize backroom processes, train staff, and ensure accurate tagging and replenishment to keep the sales floor inviting. The role requires 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership ability, with strong communication and teamwork skills for a fast-paced off-price

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates process items efficiently and correctly.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise accurately.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize tasks and flow of goods.
