Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and displayed on the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of backstock and recovery standards.
