Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. Sierra Store 0078 in Castle Rock, CO is seeking an Associate who can handle receiving, merchandising, and customer engagement with a flexible schedule. You will help keep the store organized, train teammates, and support safety and backroom operations to sustain strong store performance.

You’ll work with a team to meet labor guidelines, promote loyalty and credit programs, and contribute to a positive shopping experience across TJX brands.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and training others.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing by Associates.
• Engage customers and maintain a clean, organized store for an excellent shopping experience.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, and coded.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Coordinate with management to maintain productivity and safe backroom operations.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction goals and loyalty programs.
