Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Wayne, PA is hiring a team-oriented Associate to support receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will help ensure products are priced, tagged, and displayed according to store guidelines, and you will engage with customers to assist and guide their shopping. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail with some leadership exposure, are reliable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership duties.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure efficient processing.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and provide excellent customer service.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Coordinate with store leadership to ensure flow of goods to sales floor.
• Support in-store safety and loss-prevention initiatives.
