Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards; ensures efficient processing.
• Provides excellent customer experience through engaging interactions.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise flow to the floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Keeps backroom organized and supports safety and cleanliness standards.
• Supports loss prevention and compliance with policies.
