You will help process shipments, maintain tagging and backroom organization, and assist in training teammates for optimal store performance. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate stock flow, collaborating with management, and maintaining a safe, welcoming shopping environment for all customers.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service and helping customers in a retail setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, work evenings/weekends, and train others.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient store flow.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Monitors productivity and coordinates with management to meet store goals.
• Support safety, loss prevention, and store policies.
