Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. (HomeGoods) is seeking a retail associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards in a Tupelo store. You will engage with customers, ensure an efficient flow of goods to the floor, and model strong service while maintaining organized backstock and accurate tagging.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience referenced in the posting.
• Ability to train associates and coach the team on merchandising and processing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Engage with customers to deliver an excellent shopping experience.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and fast replenishment to the sales floor.
