Job summary

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor
• Maintains backroom organization and replenishment processes
• Promotes safety and adherence to labor laws and store policies
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and customer service standards
