Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in USA Marshals Store 0824 Phoenix, AZ is seeking a team-oriented Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards and support a high-performing store team.

You will engage customers, maintain a clean environment, and model excellent service while promoting safety and loss-prevention initiatives. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail with 6 months of leadership experience, can work nights/weekends, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates process efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer experience and maintain clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Monitor productivity and coach the team as needed.
• Maintain backroom organization and proper tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
