Qualifications

• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Minimum six months of leadership experience.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep sales floor ready.
• Ensure Associates process efficiently and interact with customers for an excellent experience.
• Maintain clean, organized store and backroom areas.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise properly.
