HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring a positive customer experience.

You will train and mentor associates, maintain stock organization, and support store operations to meet daily targets. The role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, and teamwork, with at least 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
