• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing by Associates
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain store organization
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Organize back stock and ensure proper tagging, hanging, and coding
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods and priorities
