Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
• Able to train others

Responsibilities

• Executing receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficiency
• Ensures an excellent customer experience through friendly service and clean stores
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Organizes back stock and maintains signage and merchandising standards
• Monitors productivity and coordinates with management to meet priorities
• Promotes safe operations and adherence to labor policies
