Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is hiring for a store associate in Franklin, MA. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensure a positive customer experience, and help maintain clean, organized store floors.

Role models exceptional service while processing deliveries and supporting daily store operations. Open availability is required; 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Open availability required.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise processing onto the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain proper tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Promote safety awareness and uphold store standards; support shrink reduction goals.
