The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring for Marshalls in Nashville to support daily receiving, merchandising, and customer service activities. You will help ensure a positive shopping experience, uphold store standards, and work as part of a driven team.

Ideal candidates bring retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends, is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Willingness to train others

Responsabilités

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure accurate processing
• Provide an excellent customer experience through friendly engagement
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Tag, hang, code, and organize merchandise effectively
• Coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty to move goods to the sales floor
• Maintain backroom organization, cleanliness, and safety
