The TJX Companies, Inc. in Franklin, MA is seeking a retail professional to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates process efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will lead by example, train staff, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

Open availability is required, with at least 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience. You will support the store team in daily operations and customer service excellence, including

Responsabilités

• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on established merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
• Monitors productivity of team and coaches as necessary.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
