Responsabilidades

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure associates process efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and stocked on the sales floor.
• Coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty for smooth flow of goods to sales floor.
• Support store priorities and participation in shrink reduction and safety programs.
