Job summary

HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring a Store Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring fast, friendly service and a clean, organized floor. You will help process shipments, tag and stock merchandise, and support associates to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Team player with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Engage customers to provide a positive experience.
• Organize back stock and ensure proper tagging and placement.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the backroom.
