Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes replenishment to the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains cleanliness, organization, and backroom standards.
• Communicates with management to ensure efficient flow of goods.
• Monitors team productivity and coaches as needed.
• Partners with management on Associate training needs.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
